FS703 is a low modulus, neutral cure, silicone sealant, suitable for linear gaps sealing in order to reinstate the fire performance in compartment walls & floors.

FS703 is designed to reinstate the fire performance of compartment walls and floors, by fire sealing linear joints left between different substrates.

FS703 Silicone is tested for many different applications and substrates:

• Static linear joints (masonry to masonry / rigid wall / rigid floor / flexible wall)
• Movement joints (20%) with FJ203 Fire Rope

Typical areas of use include: health and leisure facilities, schools, universities, modular construction, commercial buildings, hospitals, retail and industrial units, train stations, nuclear power plants, etc...

• Up to 4 hours fire resistance - Tested to EN 1366-4
• Tested in gaps 10 - 220mm
• Ideal for joints in flexible walls, rigid walls & floors
• Air pressure tested up to 600 Pa
