Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 - 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP:
Unit 5/6 Tything Road, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 6EP
Orders can be picked up daily, from 9am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 2pm on Friday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 12pm during store hours 9am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and before 12pm during store hours 9am - 2pm Friday can be delivered the same day by arrangement only.
NATIONWIDE DELIVERY:
Orders placed before 3.30pm Monday - Thursday will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 3.30pm Monday - Thursday will be dispatched next working day. Orders placed before 1.30pm Friday will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 1.30pm Friday will be dispatched next working day, including Saturdays and excluding Sundays.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours.
COURIERS:
wallsfloorsceilings.com use Royal Mail and Parcelforce as the preferred couriers for online orders.
At checkout you have the option of Special Delivery, Express (Tracked 24) and Standard (Tracked 48).
Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees delivery by 1pm next working day. This only applies to orders placed between 12am (Midnight) - 9am.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a postal service that aims for next-working-day delivery, including Saturdays.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver items in two to three working days, including Saturdays. This service is not guaranteed to arrive within 48 hours, as delivery times can vary depending on the specific postcode and any potential delays.
Items longer than 600mm may incur an extra surcharge. These will be shipped via Parcelforce. At checkout you have the option of Special Delivery, Express (Express24) and Standard (Express48).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
PALLET RATES:
Prices below are exclusive of VAT and are subject to change in accordance with the couriers prices. Please email sales.wfcc@gmail.com if you require a pallet of product and we will send you a proforma invoice. If tail lift is required then that comes with an extra charge of £3.15.
